Let us know your venue layout ahead of time and we&#8217;ll make sure everything fits comfortably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How far in advance should we book?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak season dates. Popular dates can fill up months in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s included in setup and breakdown time?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setup and breakdown are handled by our team and don&#8217;t count against your active booth time \u2014 we arrive early to have everything ready before your event starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you require a deposit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your event \u2014 we&#8217;ll walk you through the details when you book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s your service area?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We proudly serve Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, and Portsmouth. Traveling outside this area may be possible \u2014 just ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can we customize the photo templates or backdrop?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes \u2014 our Signature and Grand packages include custom print templates with your names, date, or logo. Reach out to discuss backdrop and design options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Life happens \u2014 reach out to us as soon as possible and we&#8217;ll do our best to work with you on rescheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do we receive our photos after the event?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guests can share photos instantly during the event via text, email, or AirDrop.
